We hope your first week has been successful. It can be trying at times I know! Post your weight loss and your % loss (Remember you take your starting weight subtract your new weight and divide that result by your starting weight and you should end up with a decimal, swing the decimal two places over to the right and you should get your percentage. :) Example: 150 lbs - 147 = 3 / 150 = 0.02 = 2% Hope that helps

ReplyDeleteThis week will be a normal work schedule, so I should be able to plan my meals more effectively and make sure I am drinking 72 ounces of water a day.
