Week 3 weigh in

Hey everyone! It's the third weigh in/check in. Please make sure you write your name on your entry so I know who it is. :) Hope you are doing well....I am starting to get back on track, kinda. Post your weight loss for the week and your total since we started. If you haven't been doing well just keep going and start over. Today is a new day and a new start.

    Bad week but turned out okay. Diet not great and only began to work out for the week Thursday and yesterday. Gained 3 pounds then lost it. Still 171. Next week it's ON! LOL 1.7%

    Up a little, GAINED 1.6 lbs. Didn't run at all last week but went 4 miles today. At 218.5 lbs. that is a 0.7% GAIN, still down 8.6 lbs. since the first weigh in.

  5. okay...last Friday (because I am lazy and didn't post) I lost 1 lb...to 146.1 this Friday I gained 3 lbs and was 149.1....hopefully the return to school and a set schedule will help me!!!
