Initial First Weigh In/Goal Setting

Hey Everyone...today is the day! We will all do awesome! Bellow please state your goal and/or starting weight.

    I am 147.8 and I would like to be 139...again, not sure the percentage.

    First weigh in 8/21/10 - no gain no loss. But I have to admit, I'm sittng here eating chips while I post this....bad - bad - bad!!!

  4. I am doing it I am posting my stinkin' weight haha
    173 and my goal is to lose 20 pounds in 12 weeks that is a little over 10%. I also have a goal to eat 2 servings of green leafy vegies, 2 fruits, 64 oz of water, cardio 5 times per week and at least 10 minutes of bible study reading.

  6. Susan Harris: I would like to lose 10 lbs and deflate my stomache as my clothes are not fitting. I will be using the diabetic diet.

    every day do the following:
    2 green veggies, 2 fruits, 20 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, 10 minutes of bible reading, 64 oz of water a day
