    snack: almonds and cheese 3 points
    lunch: ham sandwitch 4 points
    dinner: chicken noodle soup 7 points
    snack: popcorn with butter BLAH 5 points
    snack: donut 4 points

    total: 25

    Over by three points...hmmm? Could that be why I am not losing fast and/or at all?
