Get Your Rear In Gear!

Hello all! Come join us in a challenge of weight loss. Start date FRIDAY, AUGUST 20TH Mark and I have fallen off track and we seriously need to get going again. We will weigh in every friday for 12 weeks. Rules: 1. You do NOT have to post your weight just how much you have lost each week. 2 Your initial sign up is to state your goal and how much you want to lose. 3. You must weigh in every week no matter how much you don't like the outcome :) 4. All need to pay $10.00 to go in the pot
5. Whoever wins the most percentage wins the pot we will break it into 1st 2nd and 3rd

Enter your goal and/or weight and your name. Give money to Mark or myself by start date.

This blog is to post your weight loss under the weekly post and read and comment through out the week to support each other through this journey! Good luck!

  4. Susan Harris: I would like to lose 10 lbs and deflate my stomache as my clothes are not fitting. I will be using the diabetic diet.
