Weigh In/Check in 8-27-10

We hope your first week has been successful. It can be trying at times I know! Post your weight loss and your % loss (Remember you take your starting weight subtract your new weight and divide that result by your starting weight and you should end up with a decimal, swing the decimal two places over to the right and you should get your percentage. :) Example: 150 lbs - 147 = 3 / 150 = 0.02 = 2% Hope that helps

Get Your Rear In Gear!

Hello all! Come join us in a challenge of weight loss. Start date FRIDAY, AUGUST 20TH Mark and I have fallen off track and we seriously need to get going again. We will weigh in every friday for 12 weeks. Rules: 1. You do NOT have to post your weight just how much you have lost each week. 2 Your initial sign up is to state your goal and how much you want to lose. 3. You must weigh in every week no matter how much you don't like the outcome :) 4. All need to pay $10.00 to go in the pot
5. Whoever wins the most percentage wins the pot we will break it into 1st 2nd and 3rd
